I don't bother to download these oversized torrents. Too many duplicates of the same dates, or I already have some of them. At least the commercial boxsets are limited to a three day run at a specific venue and of equal quality sources...

oh i love those project torrents. yeah it's a bitch to download, but you can pick the shows/sources you want and delete the rest. all the sources are on here to sample anyway.

thanks mac. I was gonna say nearly the same thing. My thought was this: a) I already have nearly more than I can listen to. But a vast archive allows one to search for that special item. b) Get it while the getting is good. A couple of times - I hesitated to get something. Went back to get them shortly later - they were gone. and Internet is much slower than my Hard Drive. c) While Cousin has a great point - I agree w/ Mac. It's easier to delete files later. The best balance could be somewhere inbetween. Backing up stuff is very important.
